We have put together a highly effective direct mail campaign for our upper end listings (The Collection, list price over $500,000), and best of all, it’s free to the agents!  Here’s how it works.  Each agent may submit the names and mailing addresses of the most influential people in their sphere.  Collectively, it’s a pretty impressive list – just about everybody who is anybody is on the list.  Physicians, attorneys, business owners, politicians, high ranking military, etc.  It’s a compilation that no single agent could accomplish on their own; therein lies the power of team.  Each month, we select our 9 newest Collection listings, and they are featured on an full color, upscale postcard mailing to this list.  The postcards are not personalized, but rather invite the addressee to “call their Liz Moore agent” for details on any of the properties.  So, it’s another win-win…each of your clients on the list assumes these are your listings, and it’s just another “touch” each month.
