One of Liz’s former clients (from a million years ago!) is now the Marketing Director at the Chesapeake, a fabulous retirement community in Newport News.  When she read an article that Liz had written in the Daily Press (the Gatefold really works!), she invited her to do a presentation to prospective residents of seniorsthe Chesapeake about the best ways to contend with a buyers’ market, and still get your home sold quickly for top dollar.
About 20 local folks attended, and it was a great dynamic discussion.  Vic and Diana Rondinelli were on hand to field questions, and to set up appointments for complimentary market analysis times.  Vic and Diana recently launched a targeted niche website for Seniors, as part of the Liz Moore eTEAM strategy.
