Does your neighborhood have a facebook group and are you a member?

If you have a listing in your neighborhood, post it on your group’s page.  Better yet, if you are holding an open house for a listing in your neighborhood, post that!  Your neighbors will feel like you are giving them the inside scoop and will likely share the info in their circles.  Those who live in a close-knit neighborhood would be glad to help you “pick” the next member!

If your neighborhood does not have a facebook group – think about starting one.  It is super easy and is a great tool for keeping everyone in the know.
