The Liz Moore Talk Radio show, Real Estate Market Watch, has welcomed many great guests and covered a wide variety of topics over the past two months.

 On July 15th, Liz talked with Mike Rock, of Nationwide Insurance in Williamsburg.  Mike discussed recent changes to the insurance industry, hurricane risk areas and flood insurance, and answered the most frequently asked questions from buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

On July 22nd, Liz talked with Karen Reinthaler, Commercial  REALTOR® with  Liz Moore and Associates, about the Commercial Real Estate market.  Karen was very excited to report that the market has been picking up, and she and Liz talked about pricing, the number of people wanting to rent instead of buy and the conditions in our local market versus other ares of the country.

Earlier this month, Liz’s guest was Bill Graves of Atlantic Bay Mortgage.  Bill specializes in reverse mortgages and spent his time on the show turning our listeners into reverse mortgage experts!

And just this past week, Liz welcomed the Homeowners Resource Team who talked about the process for buying a HUD home.
