Who says training is no fun?!  This week’s roundtable topic in Williamsburg was “Keeping Yourself Out of REALTOR Jail” with Brian Lytle…and this gang of jailbirds showed up for a front row seat!  Brian talked about commonly encountered issues on disclosure, handling personal property in contracts, and how to handle lender instructions to keep things “off the HUD.”  Everyone definitely benefitted by sharing experiences and having the opportunity to ask questions in a roundtable setting.
