Last month in Sales Meeting, Liz presented the first ever Windex Award to Jimmy Sorrells.  The award came about as a result of a client call to Liz, relating an experience with Jimmy, the sign installer for Liz Moore & Associates.  “I just wanted to share how impressed I was with your sign guy,” the owner of a new listing told Liz in a voice mail.  “When he came to put our sign up, I was surprised to see him stop and clean the sign with Windex.  He didn’t even know that I was home and watching.”
