The Peninsula Homebuilders Association (PHBA) and Sales & Marketing Council held their annual Presidential Installation and Ball on Saturday night, January 14^th at the City Center Marriott.  Liz Moore was the emcee for the event, and the highlight of the evening was the Installation of incoming PHBA President Tim Cleary of Charles Ross Homes.

Liz Moore agent Jenny Edgerton, along with Ricky Edgerton, was honored with the Robert C. Bunting award, for the PHBA member making the most significant contribution to the Parade of Homes.  The Edgertons were recognized for their tireless work ensuring that the 2011 Buckroe Parade of Homes was a huge success.

Thank you to everyone who supported the CHKD Toy Drive!  Jason Morsey and Jennifer Brown, agents at Liz Moore & Associates, along with Tim Gregory and Tim Blow from Met Life, delivered toys to the children at CHKD in Norfolk on Wednesday, December 7th.  Snoopy made a special appearance and handed out over 125 stuffed animals to include Linus, Woodstock and Snoopy.  Thank you for helping to spread Christmas cheer to all of the kids!

Saturday, November 19th was a BIG night for Liz Moore & Associates at the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors Installation Banquet. Our own Carol Davanay was installed as an incoming Director to the Board. Brian Lytle was recognized as ‘Affiliate of the Year’ for the second time, an honor presented by last year’s winner, Ginny Phillips from Wells Fargo. Dewey Hutchins was honored as ‘Salesperson of the Year,’ a particularly impressive accomplishment given the challenging economy. Lastly, Bob Sullivan was awarded the coveted ‘REALTOR of the Year,’ recognizing his above and beyond service to the industry and local real estate community and association. Congratulations to all – you make us VERY proud!
