Ever participated in a “meetup?” The Liz Moore eTEAM has launched its latest marketing initiative – The Williamsburg-Peninsula Internet Marketing Group! What is it? A group of local business owners who will gather (physically) on a monthly basis to learn, collaborate, share ideas and generally network with a theme of building their online presence. The group will also gather “virtually” at the meetup website, just visit http://www.meetup.com/Williamsburg-Peninsula-Internet-Marketing-Group/ to check us out!img_invite11-4

Our first meeting will be Wednesday, November 4th, from 4-5 at the Liz Moore building in Williamsburg for wine and cheese and our organizational meeting. It’s free, so come and join us – sign up by visiting the link above.

You asked for it…You got it!  The Marketing Department has unveiled yet another option for your marketing materials on Collection Listing inventory.  You will now have the choice between our tri-fold color glossy, brochure, and this oversized foldover card on a heavier weight stock.  This piece is designed for those properties that truly have special photography that should be highlighted.  On listings over $500,000, the company pays for the design time and your first 25 brochures.  Additional orders are at your expense.

The Scoop

I’m very excited about our upcoming sphere mailing:  Get the Scoop!  Our goal is to create marketing LMA_scoop-pc_Page_1pieces for you that actually engage your network…not just more junk mail for them to throw away.  So, this piece was designed to give you a conversation opportunity, and encourage them to sign up for automatic e-mail alerts.  It will keep them on top of the market, and it will keep you in front of your LMA_scoop-pc_Page_2sphere – with your smiling face and contact info attached to each e-mail update.  Proofs will be in your box next week – the mailing is set to go out, at company expense, the third week of September…so, be sure you make any additions to your contact manager now!

The lastest issue of The Home Journal, a Liz Moore exclusive, was published this weekend.  The Home Journal is a 16 page full color glossy magazine, but BETTER than our competition…instead of the restrictions of rack distribution, it is inserted in over 80,000 Daily Press and Virginia Gazette newspapers, and reaches a much greater audience.  In The Home Journal you can find various real state related articles, as well as ads featuring much of our active inventory. As part of our print media marketing strategy, we publish The Home Journal quarterly, so be sure to look for the next issue later on this year!

The Latest Dirt!

Be the first to comment on this post

Marketing raw land can be a challenge for many agents…but, not for us at Liz Moore & Associates!  We’ve developed several direct marketing opportunities to help showcase your lot and land listings.  We publish a quarterly newsletter featuring all of our “dirt” listings, along with their subdivision (if dirt-logoapplicable), price, acreage, zoning, etc.  We even feature full color photos when appropriate.

This is then mailed (at company expense) to a list of local builders and developers, who are always on the lookout for new building opportunities.  Know of someone you think may be interested in being on our mailing list?  Just let the marketing department know.

You can also run extra color copies for your own mailing campaigns.
