Many of our agents have been participating in the Mr. Internet® Online Dominance program since the begining of the year and have been working very hard.  They meet as a team (i.e. eTEAM) once a week to share ideas and brainstorm together.  The program consists of online lessons, webinars and live group coaching calls teaching on the importance of niche marketing online.

A group of local business owners who will gather (physically) on a monthly basis to learn, collaborate, share ideas and generally network with a theme of building their online presence. The Savvy Investor, our first official “virtual office” is close to launch!  We have patterned the website on Mr. Internet’s Online Dominance platform, and we are ready to rock and roll with another new opportunity for our agents to generate new online prospects!

Our team will be made up of agents who have expertise with investment real estate, and the website is jam packed with information to help consumers begin to build their wealth through a thoughtful investment portfolio.  I have written an e-book as a “field guide” for novice investors, and we have also solicited articles from Brian Lytle on landlord tenant issues, from Goodman & Co on tax issues, and from several of our preferred lenders on their most competitive mortgage products for investors.
