Beginning today, the Marketing Department will upload your new listings for you to Craig’s List and to Facebook. We know that keeping up with online advertising can be a nightmare, and we want to help!
Another technology innovation, this one brought to you by our own Brian Lytle: Quick Costs. Little did you know that in addition to his mastery of the legal profession, Brian is also a closet computer programmer! He recognized that there was definitely a need among agents to have access to a program that would help them accurately calculate and predict buyer and seller costs, so that they didn’t need to rely on documents that rarely are available before the eleventh hour…thus, Quick Costs was born.
This program, an exclusive for Liz Moore agents only, will not only calculate a professionally presented buyer cost sheet for you (including auto calc of all your prorations and taxes, prepaid items, etc.), but it also enables you to quickly and easily demonstrate to a buyer the difference in costs of closing in the middle of the month versus at the end of the month, the difference in taxes between a similar home in Williamsburg and Newport News, etc.
Additionally, in a matter of minutes you can create a professional looking SELLER NET SHEET, or even several so that you can show your sellers the bottom line on multiple buyer scenarios.
Have you ever received a HUD statement and been surprised by the amount due from borrower or to seller, but couldn’t pinpoint the different between that and your Good Faith Estimate? This program will enable you to do a quick comparison that highlights the differences.
Suzy has done it again! She’s created an awesome template for customizable e-mail signatures…totally VREB compliant, and even hyperlinked to your website or blog. Make sure your messages get noticed. Click here for the order form.
WY Daily (the Historic Triangle’s online news source) reports today that lizmoore.com is one of the TOP 3 websites in the area. In an article published this week , the online news service rates the best and worst real estate websites in the area. To read the article, go to www.wydaily.com and click on “Real Estate”.
This year’s primary marketing initiative to help you develop targeted markets is off to a GRAND start! Our eTEAMs are meeting weekly, with a common goal to support each other to build individual websites that are focused on specific niche markets.
The Rondinelli’s have targeted the Senior Market, and their website www.seniorstraighttalk.com is already in the works. Velvet has selected divorcing folks, and her website www.whogetsthehousenow.com is going to be a niche extraordinaire!
Several others, Rolf Kramer’s www.retiringinwilliamsburg.com, John Womeldorf’s www.mrwilliamsburg.com, and Susan Krancer’s www.williamsburggolfproperties.com are shining examples of the power of devoting your energy and talent to a niche website.
Our weekly team meetings, guided by Mr. Internet Michael Russer, are a great opportunity for us to exchange lessons learned, share ideas, gain momentum, and hold each other accountable to building our online presence. Each session also focuses on one new thing to learn: from google adwords to linking strategies to irresistable offers.
We’ve just unveiled the brand new personal agent websites! Default settings are www.lizmoore.com/yourname, but just log onto the intranet and have it pointed to a new URL (such as yourname.com or yournamehomes.com). This is a fully functioning website, and automatically
incorporates your listings and your client testimonials. You can upload your personal logo, add desired metatags and keywords, update your bio and accomplishments, and customize a news feed to your blog all with just a few clicks on the intranet!
Best of all, it’s totally FREE to Liz Moore agents!
Effective Monday, each of our listings will sport their own individual URL address. Just type www.lizmoore.com into your browser, followed by the property address (all lower case, no spaces or abbreviations), and you’ll find an individual website for that property. We’re also featuring these URL
addresses on our For Sale signs, in order to make it EASY and CONVENIENT for prospective buyers to find the information that they’re looking for. The websites include descriptive features, up to 12 photos, virtual tours, neighborhood specific information, and mapping, including a Google feature that enables buyers to search for nearby shopping, restaurants, or schools. Very cool!
The customized domain address sign riders are provided by the company at no expense to the agent. Make them an opportunity for an extra “pop by” and deliver them after closing to the new owner!
